There are not enough great things I can say about Lila. We were first time home buyer and very confused about the whole process. Lila went above and beyond to make the whole experience extremely simple and clear for us, always available to answer any questions or concern we might have had. Her experience was invaluable in the negotiation process: she got the house we wanted below our budget and below asking price ... in this market! I would absolutely recommend Lila to anyone and I did already to a few friends: everyone is now thanking me for the suggesting her.

I was referred to Lila by a friend of mine who had also recently purchase a house with her. With me not knowing the first thing about buy a house, Lila walked me the process, handle all the details and made my experience as stress free as it could be. Throughout the closing period Lila handled everything, inspections, negotiating with the seller about repairs and fumigation. In the end she was able to get the seller to pay for all repairs that came out of inspections.
After closing there were some small issue that the seller had neglected to address, Lila contacted the seller and got them resolved quickly.

We were looking for our first time buying home in Silicon valley area and market for buyers was very tough as demand was very high with low inventory as seller's market.
We had to compete in a market with more than 10 multiple offers but her professionalism, dedication and transparent style of working was what made these deals went through.

Lila recently helped us in getting our new house. I strongly believe that if Lila would not have been our agent, the deal would not have gone through. Long story - anyone who has time to read :

We looked for a house last year because (a) my children grew up so fast, (b) they came back from their friends' birthday parties and asked why we did not have a swimming pool at the backyard, and (c) rent was no longer a right choice in our view. We were from South Korea ; not a lot of information and experiences on the real estate market here.

Fortunately - my wife's English teacher had a friend who was Lila! We met and talked each other for a while and easily came up with good areas, budget (including proper rate of mortgage based on my income and down-payment), and others. We started getting active list from her right after we met, and got appointment with loan agent that she has been working with for a while immediately.

We started visiting open houses every Saturday and Sunday. What we did (and worked for us) was to decide the cities/areas first (based on the conditions we would like to have) to narrow down the scope and save time. We bet but were beaten few times ; we almost won but did not go through. Sometimes we thought we needed a break, we did not have any luck to win what we wanted, but finally we got the one we really wanted - the strategy she recommended when bidding really worked! She also had worked on getting contacts for the experts on fixing/maintaining something after buying home. It has been great after-service.

What really helped us was Lila's advise. She encouraged us when we failed, and was always there when we needed her. She listened, solved, and finally delivered. She answered all the questions (including some of my stupid questions) as long as she can.

We were very happy with her and impressed - we introduced Lila to my coworker and she also got she wanted in few weeks.

It's been almost one year - we still keep in touch with her as a friend. My wife and children love and miss her. She is not only the great agent, but also very good person. We regret that we could not buy another home sooner :-) but will definitely look for her again when we will need to sell or buy one. Strongly recommend.

I can't help but give Lila 5 stars all around. She helped me and my family in finding and buying our current home and selling our previous home. She was totally on top of her game and knew the area and the local housing market really well. She was extremely responsive and got us through the process effortlessly. She understands the fears and nerves of a home buyer and tries her best to put the buyer at ease.
The best part was that she went above and beyond and helped us settle into the new home and leveraged her network of contacts for modifications and updates we wanted done.

Later, as a seller I had absolutely no anxieties and placed my trust completely in Lila. She did everything including getting the house repainted, staging and completing the whole process with the buyer. It was minimal involvement from my side and absolutely stress free. I would highly recommend Lila to anyone looking to Buy or sell a home.
