We used Lila for both buying a new home and selling our old home. Lila was instrumental in finding the "right" home for us. Her negotiating skills was outstanding. As a buyer she makes sure that you get the best deal and works hard to put your case forward. As a selling agent she is amazing in making sure you home is properly staged, timing the selling correctly, setting the correct selling price and eventually negotiating in the price with the prospective buyers. She is laid back and does not push you as a buyer and pushes the buyers as a selling agent (best of both worlds in my opinion). She is also very helpful in doing any repairs or renovation needed post buying and has the appropriate contacts to do anything ranging from the handyman needed to do the odd jobs to contractors needed to make the fixer upper you buying into a beautiful home you desire. She is very accomodative and is willing to be there for you if you are unable to make it to a meeting or need to get some chores related to the process of buying/selling done.
