We were referred to Lila by a close friend (who bought a home with her as agent). Right from the beginning, she took great care to understand our requirements and needs. She is always ready to show you any home (even if it seems not to be in line with what we want). At the same time she is quite open about her own views on what works and does not work. She took about 5-6 homes to know exactly what we wanted (we had some very specific requirements). After that she spared no effort to make it happen. We did have a long wait (due to our needs and of course, budget), but she never relented. She is super positive and always cheerful. That helps especially when you feel dejected after looking at many homes and not finding the one. When we finally got our bid accepted, Lila did not stop there. She did everything to help us get settled in - recommending professionals, stores and companies. It has been six months and she still checks in every once in a while.
